Our goal is to help you create a positive work environment aligned with your organization’s values, where conflicts are resolved compassionately, power dynamics are diffused regularly, and trust is fostered organically among team members.
Our mission is to facilitate meaningful human connection to strengthen social health, cultivate compassion, and equip people with the power to give and receive authentic support. We do this to improve the effectiveness of mental health treatment systems everywhere, and reduce deaths of despair.
Our services help identify and heal organizational wounds and cultural divides before they become truly damaging to your organization.
At SeekHealing, we believe that a thriving organization starts with the social well-being of its employees. We have found that social well-being results from authentic connections and conversations happening in the workplace.
The model is simple, though not a “quick fix”. We deploy Social Health Professionals at your organization to directly facilitate in-the-moment experiences of meaningful human connection, and to deliver a groundbreaking training curriculum that empowers your employees to facilitate those experiences for themselves.
In order to facilitate a widespread cultural shift towards a more connection-oriented culture, SeekHealing facilitators work with your leadership team to deliver the following experiences and training opportunities to your employees:
- Connection Practice support meetings
- Listening Training sessions
- Facilitation for Difficult Conversations
- 1:1 social support
- Employee socials
Implementing social health initiatives at your workplace will accelerate the social impact of your organization’s mission, while simultaneously improving employee engagement and job satisfaction. Social health initiatives also foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and community service - which are the foundations of mental wellness.
When we’re not connecting with each other intentionally, mindfully, and mutually, we can’t collaborate to find creative solutions together. And when the people closest to society’s ugliest problems are disconnected, burnt-out and rushed, the potential for systemic social change and widespread impact comes under great threat.
Social health initiatives also address the “key player” issues that plague mid-size organizations. These initiatives help ensure that the loving environment and connection-oriented culture that originally ignited your organizational mission continues through the startup growth curve. Most small agencies lose that familial feeling and the focus on connection as budgets grow and staff size expands. The only way to maintain it is by implementing intentional, planned and frequent experiences of human connection and community throughout operational work processes.
One-third of your life is spent at work with your colleagues. This significant portion of your life directly impacts well-being, mental health, and career satisfaction. By prioritizing employee social health, you can create a more fulfilling and enjoyable work experience, building both employee and organizational resilience.

Connection Practice Meetings can be facilitated to create in-the-moment connection, vulnerability and empathy in emotional sharing between staff.
Meetings include non-clinical opportunities for staff and/or clients to be of service to each other in these emotional processes. Connection Practice uses an innovative experiential design to facilitate real-time connections between participants. These experiences have proven neurochemical benefit for nervous system co-regulation. They also measurably improve cohesion and social capital in any group, team or community.

Difficult conversations can be facilitated between employees, employees and managers, employees and clients, or clients and their families who are experiencing conflict or tension.
These facilitated conversations provide experiential modeling for healthy conflict resolution and real-time mediation. When teams struggle to navigate difficult conversations both internally and with clients, it usually points to a gap in communication and boundary-setting practices that are endemic to company culture.
